Meet the ISDM Paraeducators

Karen Kundratic

Mrs. KundraticI have been part of the Lutherville Timonium area for my entire life.  After earning a bachelor’s degree from Towson State University, I married and started my family.  We moved to the TES area in 1992.

I have been a part of Timonium Elementary School since my oldest daughter started kindergarten here in 1993.  Over the years, I have volunteered in the classrooms, served as a room mom and held officer positions on the PTA board.  I began working as a Paid Parent Helper for the CALS classrooms in 1996.  In December of 2000, I accepted the position of Instructional Assistant and worked with the preschool program.  The following year I moved to the intermediate CALS classroom and have been here ever since!

Fran Klosteridis

My name is Fran Klosteridis and I grew up here Mrs. Klosteridisin Baltimore.  I have been working in the CALS program at Timonium Elementary since 2001.  I worked as a personal assistant for five years.  After taking my Praxis Test, I have been working as a Paraeducator since 2007.  I have had the opportunity to work with four different teachers, and have worked with both primary and intermediate classes.  I enjoy getting to know each student and working with them on an individual basis.

Amy McCusker

Mrs. McCuskerI grew up in the Bowley’s Quarters area. Seneca Creek was my beautiful view! I spent 7 years teaching preschool, in Baltimore City, after obtaining my certification in Early Childhood Education from CCBC.

In 1998, I married the love of my life, Joseph McCusker, who is a BCPS science teacher, at Sudbrook Magnet Middle School.

After teaching preschool, in 2005, I joined my husband at Sudbrook. My first position was as an additional adult assistant. The following year, I was promoted to an inclusion paraeducator.

And now another chapter begins here at Timonium Elementary. I was delighted to accept a position, as a paraeducator, within the CALS program. I am so happy to be a part of the TES family!
