Hello! My name is Jen
Ashton. I am 
delighted to be the school
counselor at Timonium Elementary School.
I was born and raised in Baltimore County. I earned my undergraduate degree from the
University of Delaware in the areas of general and special education. I earned my master’s degree in the area of
school counseling from Johns Hopkins University. It’s hard for me to believe that I have been teaching since 1996 with experience as a classroom and special education teacher. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my
family and friends. I also enjoy
exercising and volunteering for an animal rescue group. I look forward to working with you and your
child to ensure a successful school year!
